Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temparature(26-28c) is complemented by 12 month aging in new french oak barrels and then is subjected to farther aging in bottles at the optimum temperature. Testing notes: full bodied, richly flavoured and deeply coloured. The aromas are black pepper vanilla, spices and blackberry. The palate is perfectly balanced between rich sweet fruit flavours and woody notes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures(25-28C) is complemented by 9 months aging in French oak barrels and then subjected to further aging in bottles at the optimum temperatures. testing notes: this deep red coloured full-bodied wine has complex bouquet with prominent cherry aroma potentioned by coffee and chocolate tones. Black pepper and vanilla is rounded by generous oak finish. Food matching: grilled meat, game, stews cheese.
